 Marcie  Kramer, CEO

Marcie Kramer, responsible for Operations and Administration, has over 25 years experience in the areas of health and wellness consulting, systems analysis, claims processing, disability programs and enterprise systems modernization. Ms. Kramer has been a Health and Wellness Consultant since 2006, working with individuals and organizations promoting healthy habits and lifestyles. Previously, Ms. Kramer was a Systems Analyst with the Social Security Administration (SSA), responsible for defining requirements to support ongoing SSA Systems legislation and validation of these changes within the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program.  Ms. Kramer’s tenure at SSA included field experience, followed by analytical responsibilities at SSA headquarters that supported  SSI Interfaces, SSI Validation, Modernized SSI Claims System, and SSI Disability Systems.

Stuart Kramer, President

Stuart Kramer. responsible for Strategic Services and Support,  has 36 years of experience in the areas of strategic leadership, account relationships, systems integration, new business development, and program management.   Mr. Kramer was a Corporate Vice-President at SRA International, Inc. (SRA). He was a Strategic Account Executive responsible for the development of SRA’s qualifications and capabilities associated with major health opportunities, while providing thought leadership across the business portfolio.  Prior to SRA, Mr. Kramer was a Senior Vice President at Multimax (now Harris) where he had program and leadership responsibility producing 78% of corporate revenue. His experience also includes consulting services, Chief Operating Officer of an 8(a) federal integrator. Chief Financial and Operations Officer of a software developer, Regional Manager for a  of computer distributor, and a Supervisor for Coopers & Lybrand, accounting firm. Mr. Kramer is a CPA, PMP, and is ITIL Foundation certified. He currently serves  on the Board of Directors - Bethesda, Md. Chapter of AFCEA.
